A mobile app for iOS and Android that lets patients call a doctor to their home in a few taps — no clinic queues, no waiting rooms.
Visiting a clinic means registration, queues, and wasted time. The client needed a mobile app that would let patients request a home visit from a general practitioner as easily as ordering a taxi — choose symptoms, pick a time, and confirm.
We built native iOS and Android apps with a streamlined booking flow. The patient selects their symptoms, adds patient details, enters an address with map-based lookup, chooses a time slot, and confirms the visit. Once the doctor is dispatched, the patient can track their location on a live map. After the visit, the app prompts for a rating and a review.
The main screen features a prominent "Call a Doctor" button. The symptom selection screen lets patients pick what's bothering them — fever, nausea, headache, rash, chest pain, joint pain, and more. After selecting symptoms, the patient fills in details: who the visit is for, address, preferred time, payment method, and any comments. The doctor type and price are shown before confirmation.

Patients can add and manage family members — entering name, date of birth, and phone number. Each patient profile is saved for quick reuse on future bookings.

The address screen uses a map with location pin for precise positioning. The patient enters street, building, entrance, floor, apartment, and intercom code. Saved addresses can be reused for future visits.

Once the doctor is dispatched, patients can track their real-time location on a map with an estimated arrival time — similar to a taxi app experience.

After the visit, the app prompts the patient to rate the doctor on a 5-star scale and optionally write a review. The order summary shows the assigned doctor, price, and payment method. The app was published on both the App Store and Google Play.
